Will it fit my bike?
Yes, if it's a dirt bike from 85cc to about 500cc, a Surron or Talaria, or a fat-tyre e-bike, up to 180kg including any gear. Pit bikes fit too, but small wheels won't sit in the front chock, so strap them down well. It isn't built for big road or adventure bikes over 180kg.
Will it fit my car? Do I need the extension?
It fits any vehicle with a standard 50mm (2") square hitch receiver. You don't need a tow ball. You only need our hitch extension if you have a large aftermarket rear wheel carrier or a long tray that overhangs the tow bar. Not sure? Email us a photo of your tow bar and we'll confirm before you buy.
How much is delivery and how fast?
Delivery is free Australia-wide. Order before 12pm AWST on a business day and it ships the same day. Perth metro usually arrives the next business day, WA regional 1 to 4 business days, SA 2 to 4, VIC 2 to 5, NSW and QLD 3 to 5, NT 3 to 7 and TAS 4 to 5. Tracking is emailed to you when it ships.
Can I pick one up or see one in person?
No, we're online-only and ship from Perth. Perth metro orders usually arrive the next business day, and delivery is free.
What's in the box? Are straps included?
Everything to mount and load: aluminium platform, steel shank, stability bracket, aluminium ramp, steel wheel chock, hitch pin and clip, two eyelet bolts and all hardware with the Allen key. Tie-down straps aren't included.
Silver or black, what's the difference?
Same carrier, same 180kg rating. Silver is raw aluminium with black steel parts. Black is the same carrier with the aluminium powdercoated too, so it all looks black. It is not a steel carrier: the deck and ramp are aluminium on both.
Does it come assembled?
Mostly. Final assembly takes about 15 minutes with the included Allen key.
It's cheaper than others. Is it good quality?
Yes. It has a TIG-welded aluminium deck and ramp on a steel shank and subframe, built to our spec. It costs less because we sell direct, with no middleman markup. We're Australian owned and based in Perth.
Is it legal on the road?
Yes, as long as your number plate and lights stay visible and the bike is properly strapped down. If they're hidden, you'll need a light board. Rules vary slightly by state, so check with your state's transport authority.
Does it rattle off-road?
The stability bracket stops most movement. Tighten it before every trip and re-check your straps after the first 10 to 15 minutes of driving.
How heavy is the carrier?
About 25kg, so one person can fit it.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay, PayPal, Shop Pay and all major cards are accepted.
What if it arrives faulty?
Let us know straight away with a photo and we'll make it right. It's also covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. Full terms are in our returns policy.
