Why we're confident in ours

Most 50mm hitch carriers on the market hit the same headline specs. The difference is in how they're built and what comes in the box. Here's what we focus on.

One-piece platform

The aluminium platform is welded into one solid piece, not bolted together from two halves. A welded frame stays tight where a bolted one can loosen over time, especially on rough roads.

Fully TIG-welded aluminium

The whole aluminium structure is TIG welded for cleaner, stronger joins. It's the standard you'd expect on quality alloy work, and it keeps the carrier at 25kg without sacrificing the 180kg rating. A lot of steel carriers in this category sit over 32kg, which makes loading them a two-person job.

Everything's in the box

Carrier platform, 50mm shank assembly, stability bracket, loading ramp, front wheel chock, hitch pin and clip, two eyelet bolts, and all the mounting hardware with the Allen key you need to fit it. No nickel-and-diming for accessories that should have been included to start with.

Will it fit your vehicle?

Yes, if your tow bar has a standard 50mm square receiver. Most Aussie utes and 4WDs do.

Common questions

What makes our carrier different?
The aluminium platform is welded into one solid piece, not bolted together. The whole structure is TIG welded for cleaner, stronger joins. And the box includes everything you need to use it: the stability bracket, the loading ramp, the front wheel chock, two eyelet bolt tie-downs, all mounting hardware, and the Allen key. The carrier weighs 25kg, which is light enough for one person to fit and remove without help.
It's a good price. Does that mean it's low quality?
No. It's good quality at a great price. We prioritise value, which means a well built carrier that does a great job, without paying more than you need to.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Instead, we want you confident before you order: email us a photo of your tow bar and rear of your vehicle and we'll confirm fitment within 24 hours. If we confirm that it will fit, and somehow it doesn't, we'll work with you to make it right.
