At Moto Carriers, we provide reliable Australia‑wide shipping for all motorbike carriers and accessories. This policy outlines our shipping costs, delivery timeframes, handling procedures, and conditions relating to bulky freight.

Shipping Locations
We ship to all Australian states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat‑rate shipping for our motorbike carrier products based on the delivery destination. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

WA, SA, VIC, ACT: $49.00
NSW, QLD: $79.00
NT, TAS: $83.00

Handling & Cut‑Off Times
Order Cut‑Off Time: 12:00 PM (AWST)
Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed after the cut‑off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Times
We use trusted freight partners, including FedEx Express, Australia Post, and specialised carrier services.

Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to external factors such as weather or peak freight periods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Conditions for Bulky Items
Motorbike carriers are classified as bulky freight. Due to their size and weight, the following conditions apply:

– Delivery is not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
– A physical street address is required.
– The delivery location must be accessible for larger freight vehicles.
– If a delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or incorrect address details, redelivery fees may apply.
– A signature may be required on delivery for bulky items.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the packaging and product to nick@motocarriers.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

For items lost in transit, we will lodge a formal investigation with the freight carrier. A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is completed.
