Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Moto Carriers, we stand behind the quality of our products. All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. This includes items that arrive damaged in transit. To be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and heavy‑freight logistics, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please choose your items carefully.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch immediately, and due to the size and freight requirements of our products, we are unable to stop or reverse the shipment once submitted. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or if we send the wrong item, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Moto Carriers covers all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, including items damaged on arrival. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection. No restocking fees apply. Items do not need to be in original packaging, provided the fault or damage was not caused by misuse.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item or provide a refund in accordance with the ACL.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
